Why Cryo-Treated?

• Cryogenic Treatment: Materials are cooled to approximately -310°F using liquid nitrogen, which removes residual stresses.
• Controlled Reheating: Temperature is then gradually increased back to room temperature, followed by a mild heat treatment process.

This method ensures that our cryo-treated studs provide:

• Smoother Installation:** Parts tighten down smoothly and retain their torque longer.
• Enhanced Clamping Force: Achieved without the twisting of the shaft, purely through the force of the nut against the washer.
• Durability: Studs, nuts, and washers are reusable and maintain their integrity over time
